Highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Samantha heads up the dynamic Pink Mosquito Team.


Her passion for customer service and innovation is reflected in the quality and style of services she offers to her clients.
“Our clients' goals are our goals!” With a B Admin Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing she is the founder member Pink Mosquito Solutions.


Her past experience includes Human Resources, Marketing, Service Excellence and Recognition and with almost two decades in the travel and event industry, Samantha is passionate about what she does.


Her experience allows her to know exactly how to balance the demands of a business and create corporate experiences that deliver on strategic business plans.


She is driven by a single purpose - to create memorable experiences with the emphasis on the finest detail, world–class service, and competitive pricing.


She has traveled extensively and has a wealth of destination knowledge both locally and internationally.

She can put a touch into anything!

She takes her work personally and therefore cherishes the relationships she develops with her clients and suppliers.


She takes the greatest pride in her work, whether it’s a board meeting for 10 people or a conference for 1000 people.


Andrea is always taking care of all the little or not so little details, keeping everyone on track, providing a great and yet individualized service to both, delegates and clients, is exciting, sometimes challenging, but most of all very rewarding when she takes a moment to stand back and really watch the event in action and seeing smiles on the faces of satisfied clients.

An expert at wearing multiple hats, Giselle is adept at responding quickly to ever changing circumstances surrounding travel, but always maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude.


She specializes in customer service that nurtures positive, productive relationships with both clients and suppliers. At the end of the phone or email is this happy and always helpful voice!


Giselle loves talking to and interacting with other people and learning as much from them as they do from her! She's a vast source of destination knowledge and travel ideas.


What started as a temporary solution to finding work after returning from a working holiday in London; has turned into a 19-year adventure in the travel industry and she has never looked back.


No matter the size or location of the group, the attention to detail and level of service provides clients with confidence in every experience she touches.

Dotting her I's and crossing her T's is a natural thing for Tracey.


She guides her clients' step by step through the planning process.


She applies high-level organizational skills and time management to each project, devising creative solutions that work within a budget. Tracey is passionate about and driven to deliver the best customer service possible.


Her outstanding organizational, administrative, problem-solving and negotiation talents, including the ability to handle a variety of assignments, simultaneously make her an agile part of the team.


Tracey stresses the importance of creating lasting impressions for each and every client, regardless of size or scope.
Her hobbies include photography, gardening, and reiki.
